My dog developed acute pancreatitis. The first food we tried didn’t help so the vet “prescribed” this. He is now better.
He prefers the wet but if the kibble is all that is on offer he’ll eat it. It is very biscuity & he’s drinking much more that he did on his previous kibble.
Vet says that low fat digestive food is now forever, so he’s got to adjust.

My Boxer suffers with chronic panceatitis and has done for most of her life. She has been on this food since she was first diagnosed as it was recommended by our vet. She thrives on this and at eleven years old still behaves (almost) like a puppy.
