I have a 6 month old puppy - just about full grown - when should she progress to 'adult' food please?
Hello,
Transitioning to adult food should take place gradually over a period of time and depends on the breed/weight of the dog. It is generally regarded that small and medium dogs reach maturity around 9–12 months, with larger dogs maturing slower at 12–15 months, and giant breeds at around 18–24 months. This is when transitioning is recommended to take place.
I hope this helps!
