Description

  • Made with natural ingredients
  • Grain free
  • Free from junk & fillers
  • Cold Pressed
  • Complete & balanced meal

Our range of natural dry cold pressed food is made by taking lots of tail-waggingly tasty natural ingredients and doing as little as possible to them before they reach your dog’s bowl. This unique process means that each bite-sized piece retains the natural flavour, aroma & goodness of the ingredients Our Complete natural dry Chicken recipe is made using natural ingredients, along with added vitamins, minerals & botanicals. Free from junk & fillers.

Complete dry pet food for dogs. Suitable for dogs 2 months + and the small pieces can also be mixed with a little warm water to soften them further for young pups. You don’t need to mix our complete natural dry food with anything else, but for dog owners who prefer to mix up mealtimes, it’s the perfect companion to our wet food ranges. As cold pressed food is nutritionally denser a dog requires less per portion. As with switching any dog’s diet, a change should be done gradually introducing the new food to the original food bit by bit over a period of at least five days to avoid any unnecessary tummy upset. Make sure fresh drinking water is always available.

Our cold pressed has a shelf life of 18 months. It should be stored either in the bag or a loose-lid container and kept in a cool and dry place.

Texture of Forthglade cold pressed food

Bernie

Is Forthglade cold pressed a semi moist
food or hard

  • VioVet Staff

Hi Bernie,

Forthglade Cold Pressed natural dry food is cold pressed at a low temperature to retain the goodness of the natural ingredients, and so the product's appearance is different to the dry food we are all used to seeing. Although the bite-sized chunks look quite hard from the outside, they are much softer than your average dry food – if you snap one of the pieces you’ll find that it breaks easily. If you’re worried about the individual pieces being large for your dog, you can always add a little warm water to soften them up (this is particularly good for puppies and small dogs).

I hope this helps.
