Specially blended to replicate the nutrition of mare's milk, Dodson & Horrell Equilac is a top quality powdered milk replacement powder for orphan foals or foals whose dams produce insufficient milk. Supporting optimal growth and hydration, Equilac provides the best start for any foal. Not a source of Colostrum and as such Colustrum must be administered with 12-14 hours of birth.
Mixing Guidelines: Mix 130g of Equilac powder with 1 litre (1.75pints) of warm water (37-38°C/98-100°F). Do not reheat.
A small amount of blue-coloured specs should be expected and are perfectly normal. They are a result of the inclusion of a bio-available source of copper. Full feeding guidelines are provided in the tub.
All prices include VAT where applicable.
