An advanced joint health supplement for dogs, containing the unique ingredient ASU, that feeds and helps to support the cartilage in their joints, helping them maintain normal movement.

Dasuquin is available to purchase in UK and Ireland from your local veterinary practice.

Dasuquin is an advanced joint health supplement for dogs that feeds and helps to support the cartilage in their joints, helping them maintain normal movement. It supports the dog’s joints by maintaining normal architecture and feeding it key nutrients that help it stay healthy.

There are three key ingredients that make Dasuquin so effective.

  • Avocado-Soybean Unsaponifiables (ASU)
A potent combination of natural extracts from avocado and soybeans that help support joint function and comfort of movement. ASU also supports normal function of cartilage cells.
  • Glucosamine HCl
Used to form vital components of the cartilage structure that provides a smoother surface for easier movement.
  • Chondroitin Sulphate
A key component of cartilage that helps keep it strong and healthy.

Dasuquin also has a natural tasty flavour to make it palatable and encourage compliance.

How is Dasuquin different?

Dasuquin is the only joint supplement on the market to include the effective formulation of ASU (NMX1000®), Glucosamine HCl (FCHG49®) and low molecular weight Chondroitin Sulphate (TRH122®) and has over 50 published articles demonstrating safety, bioavailability and efficacy.

I gave these tablets to my dog alongside Yumove as recommended by my vet. Within a few days I could see a real difference in my dogs general demeanour and she seemed much more comfortable. These tablets are palatable and I had no trouble getting my dog to take them.

After being advise on cruciate surgery in both legs a second option suggested these tablets, not only has my dog got a new lease of life, he avoided very drastic surgery and a slow recovery. It’s not a guarantee but well worth a try

I am really pleased and surprised at the difference this is making to my 5yr old labrador. Since he has been on them he has shown no lameness and I believe that although expensive they are well worth the difference in mobility.

Excellent product to help dogs with joint problems. Really have seen a difference in my old labrador's vitality, also with change to natural diet. Expensive but worth it.

Q & A

Below are some recent questions we've received regarding Dasuquin Joint Tablets for Dogs, including answers from our team.

Dasuquin and pancreatitis

Clare

My dog suffers from chronic pancreatitis and has a low fat diet. Will these tablets be safe to use? Thanks

  • VioVet Staff

Dogs with severe chronic pancreatitis can be set off by any dietary change. It is therefore worth running the use of this joint supplement past your vet first. The amount you give will be so small that it is unlikely to set off an episode, but it is best to be safe and check with them.

Dasuquin and Joint Force

Sarah

Is it OK to give a dog Dasuquin and Joint force?

  • VioVet Staff

Both these supplements aim to nutritionally support the joints and they both do this with similar ingredients. It is therefore best to stick to one or the other rather than using both alongside each other, giving both will be an overdose of the ingredients within.
