Easy to squart on dry kibble which I do every day. Daisy likes the taste and seems active and energetic as only a border collie can be. Hope her joints do hold up .🤞 Good price if it works. But tends to leak oil round the top of the container a bit which can make the container sticky.

Would this be OK to help an elderly arthritic cat who has kidney disease (she is on renal food) and hyperthyroidism (she has thyroderm)?
Omega oils are a good choice for an arthritic pet. There is no reason this would be unsafe with the hyperthyroid disease but you are best consulting your vet as to whether this will be safe with the kidney disease. Dietary control is important with renal problems and, depending on the severity, even slight changes can upset this control. They will be in the best position to advise on this.

Can I use this salmon oil on my ferrets to distract them while I clip their nails?
This product is only intended for use on cats and dogs. Ferrets are very similar physiologically to cats and it can be estimated that the oil will be perfectly safe for use in ferrts, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Would this be of help to a cat with dandruff caused by difficulties in grooming? She already takes evening primrose oil.
This product mainly contains Omega fatty acids which are great for skin/coat health. This can help treat and support skin conditions. Dandruff is excessive skin cell flaking and the oils can help prevent this. It is safe to use alongside evening primrose oil. I would make sure you are giving a cat-safe evening primrose oil to ensure the dose is correct though.
