We like to make ordering from us as easy as possible. You may order online or phone us, we'll be happy to take your order, answer questions, give alternative products for items not currently stocked and answer any queries you may have.
You may also fax us on 01787 238333 with your order. Opening times to receive orders are 9-5 Monday to Friday. An Answer phone message may be left out of hours.

Orders placed for delivery on our own vans must be in at the latest by Noon on the working day prior to your delivery. This allows us to pick, invoice and schedule delivery routes. All orders placed after Noon will be processed on the next working day. We deliver in our own vans ON A WEEKLY BASIS to the postcodes on the left. If your order contains Frozen product please contact us to get your delivery day. As this may be upto to 7 days. We have a fleet of our own Mercedes Sprinter Vans that will be delivering your order if you are in our delivery area and have frozen product, your order is above 90Kg or you are on a driver’s route. For orders between 1.75Kg and 90Kg and for customers outside our own delivery area you will receive your order by Parceline, who will email you with tracking information. Orders below 1.75Kg will be sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. Please contact us for specific information on your order, where we will be only to happy to keep you updated. |
