We like to make ordering from us as easy as possible. You may order online or phone us, we'll be happy to take your order, answer questions, give alternative products for items not currently stocked and answer any queries you may have.
You may also fax us on 01787 238333 with your order. Opening times to receive orders are 9-5 Monday to Friday. An Answer phone message may be left out of hours.

Orders placed for weekly delivery on our own vans must be in at the latest by Noon on the working day prior to your delivery. This allows us to pick, invoice and schedule delivery routes. All orders placed after Noon will be processed on the next working day. If your order contains Frozen product please contact us to get your delivery day. Orders outside our own delivery area will usually be processed within 2 working days and then sent out by DPD courier on a 24hr fully tracked service. If your order is urgent please contact us and we will advise you of the status of your order.
We are happy to deliver your order to an alternative address or your place of work if this is more convenient for you. We will also place your order in a shed or garage if you so wish. Just add this request on the checkout page when ordering

Orders can be upgraded to a before noon or Saturday delivery. Please contact us at time of placing order.
