and assists in energy metabolism and protein synthesis.
Boron - is one of the main minerals that is used for building bones within the body,
it is essential in maintaining the correct levels of calcium, magnesium and phosphorus
in the body.
Niacin - Niacin is required for the release of energy from carbohydrates, fats and
proteins. It is also needed for DNA maintenance and for the normal use of calcium
in the body.
