I give these anti fungal tablets 10/10 as they were very quick to work. VioVet were quick to get then delivered quickly as my vet doesn't prescribe them.

A vet prescribed these for my dog as shampoos had failed to clear up her persistent fungal skin infection. Her skin is looking a lot healthier.

What dose would I need to treat a 12kg dog with ringworm?
This is a prescription only medication so you should discuss it's use with your vet, they will need to write a prescription for us to dispense it to you. If you are looking for an over the counter ringworm treatment then Imaverol is a good choice. It is important you know it is ringworm and follow the datasheet closely before treating though, it can take weeks to clear the condition.

Hi, can these treat a dogs yeast nail infection?
Fungiconazole contains an anti-fungal medication ketoconazole and so will treat yeast infections. However it is a prescription only medication so it must only be used alongside your vet's advice, it is recommended to contact them. It may not be suitable for your dog's specific yeast issue.

Are you able to issue a prescription for this or must it come from our own vet, please?
We are unable to write prescriptions for you, only the vet who your pet is under the care of can write this for you. More information on this can be found in the link provided here.

Can this product treat fungal ear infections ?
This is a prescription anti-fungal medication that can be used to treat fungal disorders. Whether it is suitable for your dog's ear infection is best discussing with your vet. Normally topical ear drops are used to treat ear infections as oral medications can find it hard to penetrate the ear canal itself.
I recommend reading our blog 'Itchy Ears' for more information on treating mild ear problems, but if you are unsure of the issue then I strongly advise seeing your vet.
